Oreo's stat requirement suggestion is a good idea. How about we require some LUK? It's pretty much a useless stat other than for perfect dodge and crit.

And crit is hardly used seeing as most dps builds aren't being employed lately. Luk sounds like a good idea.

via using stats to screw up this wing would require careful calculations.... due to the fact that some stats might benefit others. if we are approaching the problem in this direction we require multiple requirements that can't benefit any 1 class ._. eg. luck >= 99 & vit >= 99 (tell me any joker that like that stats)
