[Bug Report] Shadow Chaser Bugs and Makeup Brush

So, I figured I might as well put it down here.

Shadow Chaser Skill: Manhole
-Consumes 1 can of paint and 1 paint brush.

So, it basically uses the can of paint only and disregards the consumption of the paint brush. So could we get this fixed?

Also on a sidenote, could you add the item, "Makeup Brush" to the Third Class NPC in Production? Half of the Shadow Chaser skills revolve around that item. I'd appreciate it if you took this under consideration, thanks.
