Shadow Chaser Skills: Chaos Panic and Masquerade - Enervation

Chaos Panic- Paints an insignia on the ground that will cause Chaos to enemies that enter (lose control of movement)

It doesn't work, so I thought I might just put it here.

Masquerade - Enervation - Reduces target's ATK and causes target to lose all usable items for the duration.
ANYWAYS
The secondary effect doesn't seem to work. Could you look into it?
